HELLO EVERYBODY,it's finally time for an UPDATE!!! Things are moving a little more slowly than we'd like here at HD, but that's cool, we'll get our shit together soon. NEW RELEASES will be coming out soon, and they're gonna rock your little unmatched socks off. first off, we've got
  • the Most Amazing Century of Science: (unknown) Cassette release: Just bought the tapes. Should be ready within a week or so. This 20 minute tribute to knock-knock jokes will blow your mind. Orchestrated strangeness. Dark metal to Cartoon soundtracks. You're gonna love it.
  • Debut tape from I Dress For Recess- haunting vocals and sparse instrumentation make for a calm, yet eerie mesh of sounds to chill to on your night off. Some totally awesome haunted house candle light saturday night shit. Will also be out within the month for sure. SOOON!!
  • New Terror'ish Tape- Nu-Radio. Terror'ish takes your favorite radio hits, and makes them something worth listening too. Redesigned pop radio for the end of the world. Droppin this summer/fall.
  • Caethua: New Tape coming soon. Super spooky, haunting and dark. Unknown release date, but hopefully soon!
  • In stupid dance music news : DJ mdmHEY (terror'ish's retarded alter ego) just released "Classic Rock Hits Vol.1" 50 min dance mix featuring almost every song from the 90's that you just can't stand. The real noise. AND "Devious Finger Mix," will be up on highdensityheadache.com soon. Totally trippy, creepy/weird dance mix. Samples from hip bands you probably like (Yobkiss, Sun Araw, Lightning Bolt, Rampage, Chris Brown, Young Joc, CDR, (D)(B)(H), Dualism, Drums Like Machine Guns, Ettrick, Foot Village, Unicorn Hardon, the YMD, Birdman)
  • ALSO, our boy Michael has started PRIVATE LEASURE INDUSTRIES- a record label hell bend on documenting the weirdest shit around. PLI's first release will be coming out mid-june. "The Neighbors are dead: sights and sounds of the Murfreesboro Underground," is a double LP featuring over 30 band from our little piece of heaven, MURFREESBORO, as well as bands who love the town and have played here a lot (2006-2009) Release of 500, first 100 are sick white vinyl.
